Announcement
Add New Announcement
Steps:
- Navigate to the "Admin" tab.
- Select the "Announcement" option.
- Click the "Add New Announcement" button.
- Enter the following information:
- Title: Title to be shown. Maximum 60 char is allowed.
- Desc: The details of the announcement. Use the toolbar above to apply formatting (bold, italics, etc.) to your text. You can also add links, lists, and more.
- Type: Click the dropdown menu to select the appropriate announcement type.
- Active: Set the announcement to active or inactive. Turn the toggle on to mark the announcement as active. This ensures it is considered for scheduling and will be triggered when the time comes.
- Start On: Specify the start time for the announcement. Click the calendar icon next to the "Start On" field to select a date and time. Click "Done" button.
- End On: Specify the end time for the announcement. Click the calendar icon next to the "End On" field to select a date and time. Click "Done" button.
- Click the "Create" button.
Edit Announcement
Steps:
- Navigate to the "Admin" tab.
- Select the "Announcement" option.
- Click the "Edit" button of the announcement you wish to modify.
- Update the information as needed:
- Title: Title to be shown. Maximum 60 char is allowed.
- Desc: The details of the announcement. Use the toolbar above to apply formatting (bold, italics, etc.) to your text. You can also add links, lists, and more.
- Type: Click the dropdown menu to select the appropriate announcement type.
- Active: Set the announcement to active or inactive. Turn the toggle on to mark the announcement as active. This ensures it is considered for scheduling and will be triggered when the time comes.
