Organization

Add New Organization

Administrators can create new organizational units to group databases based on common attributes or operational needs. Each organization is assigned a name and status (active or inactive), allowing administrators to organize databases efficiently and streamline management processes.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Setup" tab.
  2. Select the "Organization" option.
  3. Click the "Add New Organization" button.
  4. Enter the following information:
    • Org Name: Name of the organization
    • Status: Select "Active" or "Inactive"
  5. Click the "Create" button.

Edit Organization

Existing organizations can be edited to update details such as the organization name or status. This flexibility ensures that organizational structures remain current and reflective of organizational changes or strategic realignments.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Setup" tab.
  2. Select the "Organization" option.
  3. Click the "Edit Organization" button next to the organization you wish to modify.
  4. Update the information as needed:
    • Org Name: Modify the name of the organization
    • Status: Update the status to "Active" or "Inactive" as required
  5. Click the "Apply Changes" button.
